On New Year’s Eve, Bistro 301 is featuring a 4 course champagne dinner (menu below) for $60 per person plus tax and gratuity. All dinners will include a 187 ml bottle of Korbel Brut with chocolate truffles and fresh berries. There will be two seatings; early 5-6 pm and late 7:30-8:30 pm. A limited menu of Bistro 301’s favorites will be available in the bar area. The after party begins at 10:30 with special guest DJ Diamond Dave and drink specials.
I. Calamari with champagne and caviar aioli.
Tempura Vegetables with mimosa aioli.
II. Mixed greens salad with dried cranberries, pickled shallots, parmesan cheese, toasted almonds and champagne vinaigrette.
III. Flatiron Steak Oscar with mimosa lump crab, champagne béarnaise and truffled frites.
Roasted Eggplant Napoleon with preserved lemon risotto, mixed greens, feta cheese and champagne vinaigrette.
Coho Salmon with champagne and caviar beurre blanc, roasted sunchokes, toasted pine nuts and smoked grapes.
IV. 187 ml bottle of Korbel Brut with fresh berries and chocolate truffles. |
