Bistro 301’s “Backwards Bourbon” Dinner

 Starts at 6 with first speaker (Fred Noe) going on at 6:30 pm

 Welcome to our first bourbon dinner where we decided to break all the rules this holiday season.  
You are encouraged to enjoy, but sshhh….don’t tell ;-)



Reliving the long forgotten years of childhood, we chose to “sneak” and begin with dessert.

  • Mulled cider apple crème brulee served with a shot of Basil Hayden~neat of course 

It’s the holiday season, but we still have time to be a little devilish

  • Bourbon flambé shrimp with Kenny’s Farmhouse cheese grit cake, local baby greens paired with Jim Bean Devil’s Cut and ginger beer.

Perfection Two Ways

  • Roasted Bourbon Chicken with porcini and salsify ragout along with the Makers 46 Pama Perfect Manhattan.

Start your night as we end our dinner

  • Butternut squash bisque with crème fresh and spiced hazelnut “crunch” washed down with Bookers spiked housemade eggnog.
