A four course
world discovery wine dinner at Bistro 301
We first travel
to Spain then Italy and discover a “tapas duo” served with two outstanding
whites
- Smoked mussel,
saffron reduction, grated chorizo and salmon caviar topped with micro-arugula
greens served with the Martin Codax Albarino
- Parma prosciutto
and whipped goatcheese topped with an anchovie croustini and micro-arugula
greens served with the Salviano Orvieto
Taste now the
nuances between world apart Sauvignon Blanc
- Watercress and
feta drizzled with a cucumber-yogurt dressing, topped with toasted pumpkin
seeds, served with the Honig Sauvignon Blanc
- Warm salad of butternut
squash and South African spices topped with toasted pumpkin seeds and
served with the Neil Ellis Sincerely Sauvignon Blanc
Indulge in
the creaminess of California while coming alive in the spice of Australia
and our two l attest discoveries
- Roulade of Pork
Tenderloin with roasted quince, spinach stuffing and a celery root puree
topped with a fennel pollen gremolata, served with the William Hill
Chardonnay
- Escabeche of Ruby
Trout with smoked grapes, topped with a fennel pollen gremolata and
served with the Terlato and Chapoutier Shiraz
Satiate your
senses from France to the Carneros Valley as we finish our journey
- Goat Cheese truffle
served with the Bellaruche Cote De Rhone
- Dark chocolate
truffle served with the Domaine Carneros Sparkling white
~Space is limited
to the first 60 seats and is $65 dollars a person, excluding tax and
tip.
